Welcome to Queen of my Art!
By accessing or using our website (queenofmyart.myshopify.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Queen of my Art, based in Pune, India.
Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Queen of my Art.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other policies displayed on this website.

2. Products and Availability

We sell t-shirts and accessories designed and curated by Queen of my Art.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions and pricing at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept various payment methods, including major debit/credit cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within India only.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier issues, incomplete address details, etc.). In such cases, we will do our best to assist you.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied:

Returns will be accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Returns are only accepted for defective product, wrong product received or wrong size received.
To initiate a return, please email us at queenofmyart@gmail.con with your order details and a photograph of the product received.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Customers will need to provide valid bank account details for the refund to be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

6. Exchanges

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please return it as per the return policy and place a new order.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at queenofmyart@gmail.com.
After dispatch, cancellations cannot be processed.

If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Queen of my Art.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Queen of my Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it.

We make no guarantees that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
