📦 Ordering & Payments

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, select your preferred size and design, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments via Razorpay, PayU, UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No — we currently deliver within India only.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email or SMS with a tracking link and courier partner details.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes — returns are accepted for eligible products within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Email us at queenofmyart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, along with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We’ll review your request and guide you on the next steps.

Q: How will I receive my refund?
A:Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery orders: You’ll need to share your bank account details, and refunds will be transferred via bank transfer.

Q: Will the product look exactly like the image?
A: While we strive for accuracy, minor colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and print placement.
