Refund policy

AtΒ Queen of my Art, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong size compared to what you ordered.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must contact us at queenofmyart@gmail.com within the 5-day window, providing your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  • Returns requested after 5 days will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved and received by us, we will initiate your refund.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details (Account Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will not be issued for items returned in used, damaged, or unsellable condition.

2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to get a different size or product, please return the original item as per the return policy and place a new order separately.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at queenofmyart@gmail.com.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Queen of my Art reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, or incorrect pricing). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
