1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver across India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Custom printed products may require additional processing time depending on order volume.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary by location:

    • Metro cities: 3–7 business days

    • Non-metro and remote areas: 5–10 business days

  • Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with the tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the provided link or tracking number via our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, undelivered, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at queenofmyart@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.

  • For damaged or defective items, please share photographs of the product and packaging for us to process a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of order.

  • In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address, contact number, or non-availability of the customer, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
