1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days after order confirmation.
Custom printed products may require additional processing time depending on order volume.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location:

Metro cities: 3–7 business days
Non-metro and remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with the tracking details.
You can track your order using the provided link or tracking number via our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, undelivered, or arrives damaged:

Contact us at queenofmyart@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.
For damaged or defective items, please share photographs of the product and packaging for us to process a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of order.
In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address, contact number, or non-availability of the customer, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
